Terms & Conditions of House of Feminine Services

The Client is asked to read and consider carefully all of what follows prior to signing any agreement/contract which refers to the following. In signing any such agreement/contract the Client accepts the contents completely and agrees to be bound by them.

  1. Name

The name of the Business is House of Feminine hereinafter known as “HoF.”

  1. Constitution

The Business office is Hove, East Sussex, UK.

  1. Objectives
  2. a) HoF shall supply Mentoring, Guidance & Teaching 1:1, Digital Courses & Products on Relationships, Sensuality, Sexuality, Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Entrepreneurship, Financial Education and Wealth Building to the Client subject to these conditions.  HoF reserves the right to change Mentoring, Advice, Guidance, Teaching at any time at its own discretion if it feels that it should do so to suit the requirements of the Client.
  3. HoF shall supply detailed Workbooks, PDFs, Presentations, Videos, Strategies and Reports on all of the above subjects to the *Client subject to these conditions. HoF reserves the right to change the above at any time at its own discretion if it feels that the Documents should be altered to suit the requirements of the Client.
  4. b) HoF shall provide to the Client relevant individual information to enable him/her to enter into a Health, Fitness & Nutrition regime suitable to his/her current level of Health, Fitness & Diet. HoF reserves the right to change this information at any time at its sole discretion.
  5. c) HoF shall supply recommended information and strategies only.
  6. d) HoF reserves the right to change appointment times after giving reasonable notice.
  1. Strategies, Results and Recommendations

Clients may be required to undertake a Medical and/or Fitness Assessment in order that suitable and safe advice can be given and will be at the Client’s own cost.

  1. a) The purpose of any Mentoring, Advice, Guidance is to support the client in making informed Personal and Professional Lifestyle changes and alterations in order to obtain a balanced lifestyle.
  2. The purpose of Health & Fitness advice given is to develop and maintain cardio respiratory fitness, body composition, flexibility, muscular strength and endurance. An individual Report containing tailored advice will be given to the Client, based on the detailed information given by the Client, in reply to a Medical and General Health questionnaire supplied at the time of initial assessment.
  3. b) The Client must inform the HoF of any subsequent change to the information originally supplied on the Medical and General Health questionnaires.
  4. c) In certain circumstances the HoF may require additional medical information from the Client’s General Practitioner in order that the correct and safe advice can be presented, in these circumstances the Client will be asked to obtain, at his/her own expense, the required written information from their GP.  This additional information would be necessary for Clients attending Retreats.
  5. d) The advice given is designed to gradually increase the workload of the Client’s cardio respiratory system and the reaction of the Client’s cardio respiratory system to the advice and subsequent exercise undertaken cannot be predicted with complete accuracy. The Client must accept that there is a risk that adverse effects may be experienced before, during or after participation in any exercise, including abnormalities of heart rate and/or blood pressure.
  6. e) The advice emphasises that all good exercise regimes will automatically include warm-up exercises designed to achieve target heart rate and cool down exercises. Suggested exercises may include walking, jogging, cycling, stair climbing, rowing, aerobics and strength training. All exercises are designed to place a gradually increasing workload on the Client’s body in order to improve overall fitness levels.  HoF will at no time accept liability for any adverse effects incurred to Client, resulting from false information given at time of assessment.  HoF reserves the right to sue any Client for giving false information at any time during consultations with HoF, which may result in bringing HoF into disrepute resulting in adverse publicity.
  1. Physical Activity
  2. a) The Client is responsible for monitoring their own physical condition throughout any activity undertaken at the advice of HoF and should any unusual symptoms occur they must immediately:
  3. i) refrain from participation in the activity until otherwise instructed, and
  4. ii) inform a specialist health and fitness instructor of the symptoms experienced.
  5. b) The Client accepts that they enter into any activity at the advice of HoF entirely at their own risk. The Client further accepts that, in the absence of negligence on the part of HoF, they will hold blameless HoF for any damages resulting from, but not limited to, injury or death incurred during or arising from any activity undertaken at the advice of HoF.
  1. Consultation Fees
  2. a) The Consultation Fee is payable by the Client in advance and upon signing the Terms and Conditions of HoF. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions (addendum) made after signing and with agreement between HoF and the Client, to be charged at consultation rate and paid in advance, in full.
  3. b) Consultation Fees are subject to change without notice.
  1. Cancellations

Same day cancellations made by the Client will carry a 50% charge made by HoF. 24 hour or more cancellations made by the Client is termed reasonable notice and therefore no charge will be made by HoF.  Missed appointments will be charged at 100%.

  1. Health & Safety
  2. a) HoF will require the Client to complete full Medical and General Questionnaires for Health & Fitness Advice and before attending Retreats. The Client has a duty on behalf of itself to complete those questionnaires in good faith and any major omissions or misstatements may allow HoF to terminate this agreement. In the event of termination HoF shall have sole discretion as to whether any fees paid should be refunded to the Client.          b) At any time during the term of this contract the Client must notify HoF of any medical condition which may arise in respect of itself which may affect advice given by HoF.
  1. Children/Third Party

The Client warrants that any Strategies and/or Reports shall not be used for any children or any persons under the age of 18 or for any other persons and it is hereby understood between HoF and the Client that the Report has been written for the Client and its requirements only and not for any other person or third party and HoF shall not be liable to any other third party for any claim which may arise howsoever caused under the Report.

  1. Clothing

The Client is requested to dress in a manner appropriate to the sporting activity being engaged in or environment such as Retreat activities, indoor and outdoors.

  1. Liability

The Client will not hold HoF responsible or liable for any action or event resulting from breach of the same by the Client covered by this Contract. HoF will at no time accept liability for any adverse effects incurred by the Client resulting from false information given at the time of assessment.  HoF reserves the right to take legal action against any Client for giving false information at any time during consultations with HoF which may result in bringing HoF into disrepute, resulting in adverse publicity.

  1. Termination of Contract
  2. a) HoF shall at its absolute discretion have the right to terminate this Contract. If the Contract is terminated HoF shall not be obliged to refund the fee to the Client.
  3. b) HoF reserves the right to cancel this Contract with or without notice if the Client commits any breach of these conditions and (if capable of remedy) fails to remedy the breach within 30 days after being required by written notice to do so or if the Client goes into liquidation, or becomes bankrupt, makes a voluntary arrangement with his or her creditors or has a Receiver or Administrator appointed.
  4. c) HoF reserves the right to cancel this Contract without notice should the Client perform any act which is either injurious to HoF or is considered by HoF to be an act of gross misconduct.
  5. d) Should the Client purport to cancel this Contract then the Contract Fee shall not be repayable (should only be repaid at HoFs’ discretion).
  1. Complaints

Complaints concerning any matters affecting the Contract shall be made in writing to the HoF who shall deal with the matter. If the complaint so requires, HoF shall refer the matter to HoF appointed Legal Representation.

  1. Variations
  2. a) HoF reserves the right to amend and add to these regulations as it sees fit and the Client shall observe any amended or additional regulations so made.
  3. b) The terms and conditions dated September 2020 replace those previously distributed.
